2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify automatically collects access data in server log files, including:
- Pages visited
- Date and time of access
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- IP address
This data is stored to keep the website secure and running reliably, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). It is not combined with other data.
Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, see Netlify's privacy statement.
3. Contacting us by email or phone
If you contact us by email at leonard.bockting@strivesales.de or by phone, your details are stored to process your enquiry and are not shared without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise.
4. Booking appointments via Calendly
To book an intro call, we link to the scheduling service Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly is not embedded in this website: no data is transferred until you click a booking button and open Calendly's page. There, Calendly processes the details you enter when booking, such as your name, email address and chosen time slot. We use this data to hold the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Processing on Calendly's side is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
5. Cookies, tracking and external content
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded directly from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties.
The link to our LinkedIn page is a plain link. No data is transferred to LinkedIn until you click it.
6. Data sharing and security
Your data is not sold to third parties or shared without a legal basis. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Connections to this website are encrypted via SSL/TLS.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
